LL.M. in Intl. Business Law & Intellectual Property
One-year LL.M. in International Business Law and Intellectual Property
Technology is being developed at an exponential pace and the whole world is improving as a result. We've never been more connected, efficient, or had easier access to knowledge. However, with these developments come a plethora of legal issues in the realm of intellectual property and business law that must be addressed.
Israel is at the center of both the technology world and the law that supports it. Nicknamed the "start-up nation", Israel has more startups per capita than any other country in the world. These startups also deal on a global scale. Therefore, lawyers in Israel are some of the best at dealing with these issues.
To prepare the next generation of lawyers for this new world of property laws, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem offers a comprehensive one-year LL.M. degree program in intellectual property.
The Hebrew University's Faculty of Law offers the only LL.M. program in Israel taught entirely in English. The program, which covers topics such as anti-trust, investment law, trade, global financial regulation, and patents, is taught by both academics and specialists with experience in the creation and implementation of international and business law.
